The OPTIBAR PSM 1010 is an electronic pressure switch designed for absolute and gauge pressure measurement of liquids and gases. Its ultra-compact form factor makes it a cost-effective choice for simple applications such as monitoring pumps, compressors, and other machinery, as well as hydrostatic level detection in open tanks where installation space is limited. The fully welded stainless steel diaphragm ensures corrosion resistance, even in aggressive media, while digital compensation guarantees outstanding temperature stability.
This switch combines transmitter functionality with multiple output options in one configuration. Standard I/O includes PNP/PNP switching and IO-Link, with selectable secondary outputs such as analogue 4…20 mA, 0…10 V, or PNP/NPN. IO-Link communication enables easy device configuration, advanced diagnostics, and predictive maintenance through process data, operating hour counters, and pressure spike monitoring.
