Bulletin MPMA MP-Series™ Integrated Multi-Axis Stages are actuators that provide an out-of-the-box solution for precise two-dimensional positioning and velocity. The flexible design lets you position stages from above or below, and integrate it with RSLogix™ 5000 software (version 20 or earlier) for fast and easy commissioning.
Bulletin MPAS MP-Series™ Integrated Linear Stages can support heavy loads and tolerate moment loads. These actuators are ideal for high precision applications in clean environments. They are designed with ballscrew and linear motor technology.
Bulletin MPAI MP-Series™ Heavy Duty Electric Cylinders are compact, lightweight, high force actuators that serve as a cost-effective alternative to hydraulic solutions. Our ready-to-install electric cylinders are energy efficient and help provide machine flexibility, including precise, multi-point positioning.
Our Bulletin MPAR MP-Series™ Electric Cylinders provide a dynamic, precise response for a wide range of linear motion applications. These cylinders use RSLogix™ 5000 software (version 20 or earlier) to extend and retract with precise positioning, velocity or force. Industry-standard mountings and end effector attachments help simplify your assembly and reduce mechanical design engineering, wiring, and commissioning time.
Bulletin LDAT Integrated Linear Thrusters provide high-speed, load-bearing linear motion out-of-the-box and are capable of pushing, pulling, or carrying a load. They are reliable linear actuators that combine high levels of velocity and acceleration, peak thrust forces, and direct drive technology to help maximize performance and reliability.
Our Incremental Optical Encoders produce digital output related to the position of a rotating shaft, providing feedback elements in closed-loop control systems. You can use our encoders with external electronics, such as counters, to accumulate data to determine position, speed, and direction. Use these encoders when position retention is not required during a loss of power.
Absolute Encoders retain your position data during loss of power. They are excellent choices in systems that require failsafe operation. Our magnetic encoders directly connect to DeviceNet™ for advanced functionality with reduced wiring cost. Our sine/cosine encoders provide absolute feedback for position control and high resolution incremental feedback for speed control. Our Integrated Motion on EtherNet/IP™ encoders leverage CIP Sync, a time synchronization extension that is fully compliant with IEEE 1588. You can use our single-turn encoders for reliable readouts in harsh conditions.
Bulletin 2090 Kinetix® Cables are a complete family of standard and continuous flexing cables, equipped with SpeedTEC® DIN connectors for a quick, one-quarter turn connection. Securely connect your servo motors and actuators with these cables, which have been certified to the latest global standards including tray cable rating, exposed run rating, IP67 rating, DESINA, and UL. Kinetix cables are designed to work in any of your challenging motion applications – simplifying your machine design and helping you minimize maintenance time.
Bulletin HPK-Series™ High-power Asynchronous Motors combine high power with precise positioning capabilities. These motors feature windings that are optimized for servo control coupled with high-resolution feedback to provide the precision your application requires. They build on proven induction motor technology and provide high reliability and durability in demanding applications.
Our Bulletin TLY TL-Series™ Servo Motors represent a significant solution for machine designers needing low-inertia, high-performance servo motors. The 230V motors provide substantial power in a small footprint, including high-torque density afforded by superior stator design. These motors include a high-resolution absolute encoder and a 2000-line incremental encoder.
Bulletin RDD-Series™ Servo Motors connect directly to the load, eliminating the need for gearboxes, timing belts, pulleys and other mechanical components. The result is reduced energy consumption, faster settling times and better overall control of the load.
Our MP-Series™ Servo Motors include low inertia, medium inertia, food grade, and stainless steel motors and are developed to accommodate your unique application needs.
Our Kinetix® Servo Motors provide smooth, integrated motion control over EtherNet/IP networks. Kinetix VPC Continuous Duty Servo Motors are optimized to run on Kinetix 5700 Servo Drives, providing continuous power and torque. Kinetix VPL Low Inertia Servo Motors and Kinetix VPF Food Grade Servo Motors operate with Kinetix 5500 and 5700 Servo Drives and deliver high dynamic performance.
Our Bulletin LDC-Series™ and LDL-Series™ Linear Servo Motors provide precise linear positioning at very high speeds. Direct Drive™ linear motors are connected directly to the payload that needs to be moved. This direct connection provides excellent servo responsiveness, resulting in faster settling time for any move. The LDL-Series has an ironless design for applications that require extremely smooth motion such as scanning or printing. The LDC-Series has an iron core design with high force density, which is used with smaller, less expensive motors.
Bulletin 2094 Kinetix® 6500 EtherNet/IP™ Servo Drives combine high-performance integrated motion with an open EtherNet/IP network. This drive can be part of a solution using EtherNet/IP to integrate high-performance servo and AC drives, I/O, smart actuators and any other EtherNet/IP-connected device. This drive provides safety features to help improve operator safety and enhance machine efficiency. Its modular structure provides an adaptable platform for future machine enhancements.
Our Bulletin 2198 Kinetix® 5700 Servo Drives help expand the value of integrated motion on EtherNet/IP to large custom machine builder applications. The Kinetix 5700 servo drive can help reduce commissioning time and improve machine performance. It offers the simplicity, power, and space savings you need to help get your machine up and running faster.
Bulletin 2198 Kinetix® 5500 Servo Drives connect to and operate with CompactLogix™ 5370 controllers, supporting Integrated Motion on EtherNet/IP™. With its innovative, compact design, the Kinetix 5500 drive helps minimize machine footprint and simplifies system wiring. In addition, the dual-port Ethernet allows for both line and Device Level Ring (DLR) topologies.
Our Bulletin 2097 Kinetix® 350 Single-axis EtherNet/IP™ Servo Drives provide scalability of integrated motion. Leveraging a single network, EtherNet/IP simplifies the integration of the entire system including HMI, programmable automation controller, I/O, and motion.
